Indian restaurant The Mint Room is already established in Bath, having won the “Best Indian” title in the Bath Good Food Awards two years running, “Best Restaurant” in the 2013 Bath Life Awards and “Best Newcomer South West” at the 2012 British Curry Awards. The team are now bringing the brand to Bristol, with a branch opening in the former home of the Muset (and, for a short period, Indian grill restaurant Mezzo) later on this year.
It is expected that the Clifton branch will have a similar offering to the Bath restaurant, combining both traditional and modern Indian cuisine with British ingredients to create a menu of Indian food with a difference.
Recent posts on their Facebook page point to the development of a new menu for the Bristol restaurant, with dishes to include a beautifully presented “Quail 3 Ways…”
