This autumn, Byron will bring proper hamburgers to Bristol with the opening of a restaurant on the Triangle, at 62 Queens Road.
Byron serve hamburgers the way they should be: patties made with Scottish beef, ground fresh, cooked medium and served in a soft, squishy bun with minimum fuss. The short and simple menu includes the Classic, Cheese, Chilli, Smoky and the signature Byron, with cheese, bacon and Byron sauce, plus a regularly-changing special.
The menu also features sides such as French fries, onion rings, macaroni cheese and Caesar salad. Desserts include cheesecake, sundaes and chocolate brownies, and milkshakes come in strawberry, chocolate, vanilla and Oreo cookie flavours. The drinks menu features classic sodas, root beer, Kentucky bourbons and beers from Byron’s regularly updated list, which includes their own Byron Pale Ale and Byron Lager, brewed in partnership with Camden Town Brewery.
Every Byron’s design is unique, and on the Triangle, the restaurant’s interiors are inspired by the historic Georgian building: warm, dark and atmospheric woods, leathers and painted floorboards in the main restaurant contrasting with a bright, white space at the back, complete with open kitchen.
