Neither El Guapo nor Guerrilla Burger lasted long at 48-52 Baldwin Street, but here’s hoping that new yakitori and ramen bar Sticks & Broth will fare a little better.
Don’t expect standard ramen though: these guys are going to be “thinking out of the box, with some funky ramen combos”.
Expect to find dishes such as the House Ramen, which includes brisket, rocket, grilled corn, shitaki and pork broth. Pork lovers will also be able to order the Big Porky Ramen – a feast of roast pork, pulled pork, pork broth, spring onions, soy egg and choi sum.
There will be dishes on offer for both meat eaters and vegetarians alike, along with a drinks menu that will include Japanese craft beers. They’ll also be offering quick lunches, either to eat in or take away, for around the £5 to £6 mark.
