Good news for fans of falafel, hummus and pitta, with the launch of Eat-a-Pitta‘s second outlet this Monday, December 16th.
The new Eat-a-Pitta unit can be found at Kiosk 3b in Broadmead (just outside Boots): a particularly significant opening as it reflects the ambition of the brand to grow organically throughout Bristol and beyond.
Eat-a-Pitta is rapidly gaining momentum as alternative fast food with a difference – the difference being healthy food that is fast, fresh, fun and exciting. Following a successful presentation to the Prince’s Trust two years ago, Dan Levy got unanimous approval to start his own fast food takeaway under the Eat-a-Pitta name in St Nicholas Market.
From day one, the concept of healthy, fresh and fun food with meticulous care and attention to preparation has proven successful. The long queues and excellent customer feedback both highlight their success.
Dan remains steadfast in his belief that Eat-a-Pitta has a bright future ahead of it. “We have proven that there is an ever-increasing demand for our product”, he says, “a healthy alternative in the fast food industry that represents good value for money and does not compromise on flavour. Freshness is key and with this in mind, all our food preparation is done in-house to maintain quality and consistency across the board.”
