South West-based Italian restaurant chain Bottelino’s will soon have another restaurant to add to their portfolio, when they open their brand new venue on the Clifton Triangle this December.
Located at 85 Queens Road (the former home of furniture shop Natuzzi, next to Waitrose), the new restaurant will add to their current portfolio of restaurants in Portishead, Weston-super-Mare, Swindon and Bedminster – the latter due to be closed, according to reports from the company.
Offering the same menu as their other restaurants, Bottelino’s Clifton will have a notable difference in the form of a large bar area called The Office where, rumour has it, you will be served by your very own secretary. Friday and Saturday nights will be accompanied by a live saxophonist and pianist, which will no doubt give a very different feel from their other restaurants. The last update on the Bottelino’s Facebook page claims an opening date of December 9, but it may well be earlier: with an invite-only launch party on December 1, we are waiting for updates – watch this space…
