A popular bakery in Weston-super-Mare is busy creating a 2ft masterpiece to celebrate the birth of the Royal baby.
News of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s first arrival is one of the hottest topics all over the world. To celebrate the momentous occasion, Hill Bakers in Weston-super-Mare is arm deep in ingredients creating a 2ft celebration cake to be displayed at The Winter Gardens today (Tuesday, July 23rd) at 12noon.
Visitors and residents in the resort are invited to visit the popular entertainment venue and share a piece of cake once it is officially cut to mark the new arrival.
Estelle Milford, Sales & Marketing Manager, said: “There is much admiration for the popular Royal Couple and everyone is excited to hear the news of the baby’s arrival.
“We want to help celebrate the occasion and therefore teamed up with Hills Bakers so we could have our own Royal celebration to mark the happy occasion.
“We hope everyone will join us for a free piece of cake to toast the birth of the newest member of the Royal Family.”
The cake will arrive at 11am for photographs and will be cut at 12noon.
