Kathers.Kitchen

Kather’s Kitchen pop-up dinners began at Humble By Nature in Monmouthshire in December 2012, and since then have been a sellout success! The venture is now being brought to Bristol for the first time, with the inaugural Bristol pop-up dinner being held at Kingsdown’s 40 Alfred Place on Friday, June 21st, and a second evening planned for Friday, July 19th.

The Producer on a Pedestal dinners involve Kather’s Kitchen inviting a carefully selected local food producer to join them for the evening, both to talk about how their product is made and to provide the star ingredient of the evening’s meal. It’ll be Tom Calver of Westcombe Dairy who will be on the pedestal on June 21st, joining hosts Katherine Marland of Kather’s Kitchen and award-winning Bristol-based food writer Clare Hargreaves to provide diners with a three course meal that promises to make the most of local and seasonal ingredients.

The June 21st pop-up, beginning at 7.30pm, is priced at £29.50 per head, with drinks on a BYO basis. The menu reads as follows…

A selection of homemade breads
