Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli will bring an extra touch of Italian flair to Bristol’s acclaimed San Carlo restaurant on Saturday 9th February.
The catering entrepreneur, well known for his passion and love of regional Italian food, will be spending the day in the Corn Street venue, working alongside their chefs to create some of his unique signature dishes.
These include his renowned Lobster Ravioli with prosecco sauce and a delicious strawberry tiramisu with warm white chocolate sauce.
Customers will also be able to learn more about the secrets of successful Italian cooking as Aldo joins them in the popular restaurant to share some of his tips.
Aldo, who formerly ran Signor Zilli and Zilli Fish in London’s Soho, has teamed up with the award-winning San Carlo Group to add a new dimension to its already outstandingly successful business.
As chef consiliere, Aldo works with San Carlo Group’s executive chefs throughout the UK to further develop their acclaimed menus of superb Italian food.
