Say hello to SupperThyme – a brand new pop up venture whose first event will be a five course extravaganza at Spike Island, Hotwells, on Saturday, January 26th.
Their first event will be “a unique dining event showcasing some of the finest produce from the South West prepared by master butcher, owner of The Rusty Pig and River Cottage HQ chef, Robin Rea”. A big name for the first outing for these guys, who promise that they will be showcasing top chefs, food and venues from Bristol and the South West at their pop up events.
For January 26th’s event, expect “an innovative, mouth watering 5 course taster menu featuring unique flavour combinations that will delight the eye and impress the palate”. The menu will be kept secret until the night, but there will be options for vegetarians and those with other dietary requirements.
The cost for the evening is £40 per head, with doors opening at 6pm and the meal served at 7pm. A fully stocked bar will sell wines matched to the food, and diners will also get a chance to try beers from new Bristol-based brewery Wiper & True.
To book, simply email dine@supperthyme.co.uk.
