Intrepid foodie explorers unearthed® are keen to share their favourite food discoveries with the city of Bristol when its touring supper club visits The Devilled Egg Cookery School in Clifton later this month.
Keen foodies are invited to have their taste-buds stimulated with a mouth-watering three-course menu inspired by the exciting ingredients that unearthed® has brought back from its travels abroad. The challenge these keen travelling foodies have set themselves is to travel around the world in one evening, with elements from across the globe making up the wonderful food and drink on offer.
Delicious ingredients such as Calabrian ‘Nduja, Spanish Chorizo and Spanish Iberico fresh pork have been incorporated into a selection of delicious dishes to give you an unforgettable culinary experience.
A taster of what’s in store:
Starter:
Garlic Prawn Arancini served with Red Harissa and Macadamia nut dip.
Main:
Fresh Spanish Iberico Pork Wellington, with Calabrian ‘Nduja and Chorizo served with gigante bean and artichoke mash, Spiced red cabbage with Kabanos, Pak Choi, and spiced carrots.
Dessert:
International Baked Alaska
