RED&WHITE have been trading for over 6 years. Headed by the youngest Master of Wine (now bar one!) Liam Steevenson, and supported by a knowledgeable and passionate team, RED&WHITE has gone from strength to strength.
Based in Devon, the warehouse in Churchstow is the hub of all things trade, supplying the best restaurants of the South West with the world’s finest wines. RED&WHITE the shop, opened 2 years ago extending this wonderful company much more firmly into the public realm.
Now we see RED&WHITE’s next new venture take off. The brand new head office in Bristol’s Clifton Arcade opened 6 months ago and it’s been all go since then! With talk of wine schools, discussions with restaurants, and all that arduous tasting that simply has to be done, the team have barely had a chance to introduce themselves…so they are inviting the people of Bristol to Clifton’s beautiful Victorian Arcade for their Christmas tasting.
RED&WHITE Wine Tasting events, say the team, “have become recognised as some of the best consumer wine events in the country”. Their events always try and get the passion and qualities of the wine and the winemakers across, in a format that is lively, fun and unpretentious. This event sees this wonderful venue come alive after dark with over 100 wines open to taste, a Billecart-Salmon champagne reception, live music, breads and mince pies by Laura Hart of Hart’s Bakery, cheese by Trethowan’s and charcuterie by Vince Castellano. In addition, there will be an exclusive 10% discount for those who buy on the evening, the perfect opportunity to buy a brilliant Christmas mixed case or a perfectly delicious present. Tickets cost just £20 per head – for more details, see here.
