The Big Feastival is one of the newest and most exciting events on the food and music lover’s calendar this summer and Bristol Bites is giving away VIP tickets for a family of four courtesy of headline sponsor Electrolux.
Jamie Oliver presents The Big Feastival with Alex James will take place on 1st and 2nd September and brings an extravaganza of delicious food, sound-tracked by perfect summer sounds to Kingham, Oxfordshire.
This weekend of top entertainment will host star appearances from the food, music and children’s entertainment world. Camping (and ‘glamping’) facilities for festival-goers wanting to get back to nature or just chill out will allow visitors to top off their big day out with a night under canvas.
The Big Kitchen by Electrolux will also be providing visitors with demonstrations from some of the UKs top chefs, including Jamie Oliver, Simon Rogan and Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias who will be sharing their insights, tips and techniques live on stage.
Electrolux will also be giving the whole family the chance to get involved with baking and cake decorating on board the Electrolux Inspiration Academy. Here children will have the chance to take part in a cookery session, where Michelin star chefs Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias from Westbury-on-Trym’s Casamia will share their professional knowledge and create some inspirational and delicious dishes for you to taste and try out at home.
Electrolux will also be sponsoring the Chef’s Table where visitors will be able to gain hints and tips from a range of well-known professional chefs, including Bristol’s Jonray and Peter, in an intimate setting.
Electrolux, which has 90 years of expertise in supplying professional equipment to almost 50% of Europe’s Michelin star chefs, has also recently launched the Inspiration Range – developed for professionals, adapted for you. Chefs will be cooking on products from the Inspiration range over the whole weekend, enabling visitors to see how they can achieve fantastic results in their own home.
