Join the team at the Zion Community Art Space in Bedminster Down on the evening of Friday, July 27th for a great “USA Night”-themed supper club.
The evening will be hosted by the From The Sauce BBQ team – originally formed to compete at the King Of The Grill competition at the Grillstock Festival in July 2011. On the back of their Grillstock success, the team have been inundated with invites to cook at a range of parties throughout 2012. Having already cooked for Worcester Warriors playing staff and several food markets they are now in full flow for the summer season, with the capacity to cook for up to 500 on their purpose built trailer smoker.
The three course meal, starting at 7pm on the 27th, costs just £15 for Zion members and £17.50 for non-members, with tickets available online from the Eventbrite website by clicking here. Diners can expect to enjoy the following menu…
Starter: Beef Brisket Ravioli or Butternut Squash Ravioli
Main Course: Pulled Pork rolls and BBQ ribs or USA style falafels, coleslaw and corn on the cob.
Pudding: Triple chocolate cake.
One free drink is also included, USA Special ‘Bristol Beer Factory’ IPA (other drinks available).
The team will also be attending Zion’s Food Market on Saturday, July 28th.
