One of Bristol’s best known restaurants has been awarded a TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence, putting it in the top 5% of establishments reviewed across the world.
The Second Floor at Harvey Nichols has been handed the prestigious honour for its consistently high ratings and quality online reviews. To achieve the TripAdvisor® excellence award, businesses need to maintain an average rating of four or higher out of a possible five – the Second Floor gained an impressive average of 4.5.
It’s the latest accolade for Head Chef Louise McCrimmon and her team, as the Second Floor Restaurant at the Cabot Circus store has recently received a second AA Rosette as well as an AA Notable Wine List Award.
“We strive to offer every one of our customers a memorable experience,” explains Louise. “This award is evidence that our hard work and passion for great food is translating into really positive traveller reviews on TripAdvisor®.”
