Join Mamma Llama at 40 Alfred Place on June 16th for the first ever Peruvian pop up restaurant to hit Bristol!
The only mobile caterer in the UK that specialises in Peruvian cuisine, Mamma Llama was founded at the beginning of 2012 by Rebecca Delgado. Rebecca is a travelling cook and has many years experience working in the food industry as well as running her own successful restaurant in Guatemala. She has spent the last 3 years travelling around the Americas trying, tasting and cooking the delicious food on offer.
Rebecca’s first event of the summer will see 40 Alfred Place hosting a traditional three course Peruvian meal, with a complementary Pisco Sour, known as the drink of Peru, and to finish a Peruvian coffee and alfajores, a classic Peruvian treat. Peruvian beers and wines will be available to buy at the bar, and seating is communal style in true Peruvian feast style!
