Having originally planned their big relaunch for March 4th, Cosmo‘s “fourth generation” restaurant has taken a little longer than expected to complete. As of April 26th 2012, however, the “all-you-can-eat” venue is once again open to the public, with some big changes in place.
Their “pay-before-you-eat” policy (one of the things that irritated us on our first visit!) has now been removed, and the team have added a range of new global dishes and hot desserts.
Diners are now also able to experience more “Live Cooking”, with a brand new Indian Tandoor and a Japanese Robata Grill.
In addition, the restaurant itself has had a huge makeover, and now looks somewhat futuristic! We haven’t yet had a chance to check out the food, but will report back as soon as we have…in the meantime, here are some photos from the wonderful Jon Craig from the opening night…
