If you’ve not made it to one of Kieran and Imogen’s previous three Bravas Supper Clubs, then I’d highly recommend you head over to the next if you’re free on the evening of Thursday, November 17th. There may not be many more, as the pair are working to secure a venue for a permanent restaurant…
Held in their harbourside flat, Bravas is a celebration of simple but delicious Spanish-inspired food designed for sharing. For the upcoming supper club evening, they are planning on sharing a few Spanish “classics”, alongside their usual style of dishes (past supper clubs have included the likes of black rice with squid, chickpeas with spinach and slow braised chicken with white wine and garlic) – dishes inspired by “years of trawling the best backstreet tapas bars all over Spain.”
The evening will consist of around 10 fresh and seasonal dishes for a suggested donation of £25 per head, with the menu sent out about a week beforehand, and wine suggestions provided by Averys Wine Cellars. To book, email contactbravas@gmail.com or phone 07411 727613, or see their Facebook page for more information.
