“Enter through the rabbit hole and let the magic unfold. At the Mad Hatter’s Supper Club we will offer you a theatrical dining experience of megatastic proportions. You are invited to explore the dishes that will take centre stage before devouring them in tasty fashion. Our dinners are an intimate occasion, accommodating a maximum of 12 guests. You will be seated around our communal banquet table and we hope that you get to meet a Mad Hatter or two and won’t have your head chopped off by the Queen of Hearts. So yes, we do encourage you to dress up and get into the tea party theme.”
So say Chantal of Bristol Cooks and Charlie of Lick Me I’m Delicious, the hosts of the Mad Hatter’s Supper Club that will be hosted on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th November. A theatrical 7-course meal in Clifton, drinks are on a BYO basis and places are just £40 per head. The menu certainly looks interesting (see image below) – and I’m assuming the “magic mushrooms” aren’t what you’d expect!
