It’s all go at Westbury-on-Trym’s Casamia at the moment! A new website in the pipeline, the construction of a new development kitchen…and the launch of their new Autumn menus, which include an 11-course feast…
Jonray and Peter Sanchez-Iglesias, the brothers behind the Michelin-starred restaurant, will be offering three exciting new menus from Monday, October 3rd. A couple of the dishes will look familiar to those who have previously dined at Casamia (beetroot, barley, fennel and iced yoghurt being a signature dish, and the scrambled duck egg still available but with grouse rather than pork fat), but the new menus host a range of exciting new dishes.
The five course menu will be available as a dinner option on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, plus at lunch on Saturdays. You can see the full menus below, and also on their website (online booking available by clicking here) – I’ll be booking myself in for dinner as soon as I can!
