An exciting new competition for food lovers: Ston Easton Park are giving locals the chance to have their recipe featured on the summer menu of the hotel’s 2 AA Rosette standard Sorrel Restaurant…
Says hotel general manager Denis Verrier, “We know the people of Bath and the surrounding area take both food and entertaining very seriously, so we believe there are bound to be many talented cooks with a repertoire of great summer dishes.”
“We thought this might be a nice way of encouraging others to share their favourite recipes, especially with the added incentive of having your meal featuring on our menu and available for anyone to order. Hopefully we’ll get loads of different styles of dish to ensure the decision is anything but an easy one.”
The winner will have their dish added to the summer specials menu, and will also receive a prize of a complimentary meal for two at the restaurant…where they can decide whether to choose their own dish or another from the award-winning menu! Five runners up will have their recipes featured on the hotel’s website, and will receive a free bottle of wine when they dine at The Sorrel Restaurant.
