Join online UK wine retailer Naked Wines at Brunel’s Passenger Shed, Temple Meads, from 6.30pm on the night of Tuesday, June 28th for an informal wine tasting event with over 100 wines to try…
Naked Wines are an online wine retailer with a difference. They invest in independent winemakers in exchange for preferential prices, which are then passed on to the customer – i.e. they don’t just buy and sell wines…they make them happen. Their upcoming tasting tour, taking place at various UK locations between June 25th and July 2nd, is a great way to test out some of their wines before you buy.
Bristol’s Passenger Shed is the fourth stop on their tour, and is a great opportunity not only to try some of the range of over 100 wines that will be available on the night, but also to meet some of Naked’s winemakers who are flying over for the tour – including Stephen de Wet (Arabella Wines), Mauricio Lorca (Lorca Wines), Benoit Dreyer (Castillo de Tafalla Wines), Matt and Sam (Plunkett Fowles Wines), Connie Schwaderer (Kimbao Wines), Joost (Villebois Wines) and Bill (Small & Small Wines).
Tickets are £10 per head and available to non-members – buy online by clicking this link. And if you order on the night you’ll get the cost of your ticket refunded…
Looks like a fantastic evening – hope to see some of you there!
Mmm, I would love to taste more Naked Wines. I’ve just posted a review of the Kimbao Sauv Blanc ( http://www.nakedwines.com/wines/kimbao-sauvignon-blanc-2010.htm ), absolutely delicious, I loved it.
