The evening will see diners joined by special guest Gianpaolo Paglia, who will be presenting the wines from esteemed organic producer Poggio Argentiera. The night will kick off with canapes and Prosecco and will continue with a four course Southern Tuscan meal – the menu will be posted on the Rosemarino website closer to the time. Each of these courses will be matched with a wine from Poggio Argentiera.
