It’s been a long time coming…but the cookery school at Clifton’s Papadeli has now been built and class dates, beginning in May 2011, have been finalised!
The first courses to be organised cover a multitude of cuisines and techniques. If you’re a pie-lover, join Tristan Hogg, founder of Pieminister Pies, for one of his two classes. Fans of all things Spanish can book themselves onto one of author and chef Jenny Chandler’s classes: tapas, Spanish outdoor entertaining or Catalan cooking. Children can join a class run by Louise Barnard of Baby Bites, or the summer cook school for children.
One pot cooking…dinner parties…Papadeli’s salads and casseroles…there’s quite a range! For full details, including synopses of what every class covers, dates and costs, check the Papadeli website by clicking this link.
