Fine idea!
Last particularly decent one I had was at the Hole In The Wall (corner of Queen Square opposite Severnshed), and sometimes the Cadbury is pretty good these days (bit hit and miss, though, and sometimes if you're in a group not everyone gets their grub at the same time or even the same size portions…)
Oh – and the missus adds:
Full Moon (Stokes Croft/North Street) "rubbish"; Prince of Wales (the Gloucester Road one) "overpriced".
Sure you will already have these on your list of places to try, but I've had good Sunday lunches in all of them
The Victoria Park, Victoria Park – http://www.thevictoriapark.co.uk/
New Inn, Backwell – http://www.newinn-backwell.co.uk/
The Albion – http://www.thealbionclifton.co.uk/
Thanks both! Will add those to the list…what a shame there aren't too many Sundays in any given year… 🙂
