Hot on the heels of their success at An Evening With The Chefs, The Pony & Trap are teaming up with The Story to bring us a pop up restaurant at a secret location in the Chew Valley next Sunday, April 10th…
Providing a “traditional Sunday lunch served in a truly unique environment set in a stunning secret location”, this pop up restaurant is a collaboration between two Chew Valley ventures. The Story, who provide organic meat to local citizens (via a meat box scheme), restaurants and schools will be providing the beef, pork and lamb for the Sunday lunch, which will be prepared by the Michelin-starred Josh Eggleton of The Pony & Trap. The meal will also include a selection of locally grown vegetables and a choice of dessert.
All we know is that the venue is somewhere in the Chew Valley, with exact details to be confirmed on reservation. Tickets for the pop up Sunday lunch are £15 per head, and should be booked early to avoid disappointment – click on the poster below for details of how to secure your place.
